This may have been discussed but I was thinking about Force Touch in the iPad.

We know the way the Apple Watch tech will probably develop, it will be in the iPhone 7 pro2 second edition (the one with a new charger socket on it) March 2016, then it will be in the iPhone 8 from launch in September 2016, and then very likely in the iPad ultraAir2 November 2016.

By 2017 the iPad UltraAir3 will get the iPhone8's haptic tap feature and we will be able to have multi-pressure interfaces like a Linnstrument, with a simulated "feel" of friction, or of physically pressing a switch, or a tapping feedback under each finger letting you know what your resonant filter cutoff is doing to that note. Or whatever.

So, That will be a happy day for us musical ipad abusers. It will make the current multitouch seem primitive.

It's a software update from your wireless carrier. Fixes bugs or adds features for how your phone works with the carrier's network.

Eminem will be the first guest interviewed on Apple's new global 24/7 live radio station. I would like to hear that, but we live in a world where we shouldn’t have to tune in live to hear something. They better archive that shit so we can hear it on demand. Maybe make it a requirement that you have to be an Apple Music subscriber to access the archives.

I think they're rare. I don't think I've seen one of those updates more than twice.

yeah, they don't happen much. this one probably has to do with 5G networks and readying your handheld for that.

Yeah, was going to post that earlier. Way over reaction from Apple. I was going to ask if all WW2 movies and games are illegal in Germany because they picture Nazis and swastika flags?? But apparently, yes they are.

Not to get political, but flags are one of the most symbolic things out there and outside somebody’s immediate region they probably aren’t even aware of what others’ flag looks like unless it’s a country that did/is doing some seriously evil shit. When the world knows your flag you’re a big time asshole.

Seriously though, remember when the core Apple mantra was 'to make really great (insanely) products'?

It seems more arrogant to show this' cultural sensitivy' and because they're so huge it's like they're pioneering erasing an ugly side to make a statement when they should just stfu and stick to R&D. These current pleas for coolness and acceptance of the youth are embarrassing. A cool dad isn't cool when he's trying to be cool.
