LIVE9.2 @ 32bit & VST issues

over at KVR; several are reporting difficulty with plugs running 32bit not being recognized by the 9.2 upgrade

for me - Melodyne (even if I don't use it that often, I did pay hard-earned cash for it)
& really have no inclination to move to 64bit. Every other efx and instrument loaded just fine.

have you had any difficulties with your plugs ?

Yeah- well Ive got trillian working on 32 bit with the upgrade, however it deffo does not like melodyne in 32 bit !!!!!

What is the reason you run in 32 bit ?
All I can say is, that since going 64bit about a year ago...things finally got better for me with Live 9. Even if I had to miss my favourite synth Largo. For me it was totally worth it.
I think all the plugins I own are 64 now, Largo included .

That's why I'm 32 bit, been an ableton user since 4 therefore as you can imagine, I've got loads of vast instruments that are not 64 bit!!? I've tried jbridge but there are some unreliabilities to be had there. I am moving in to new 64 bit plug ins so maybe some time eh!

PHY - the last time I looked; Ableton was still recommending 32bit unless you're using large sample libraries.
Like several above, I still use several 32bit only plugs extensively : Bootsie, AdrenalinnSync, Kjarhaus . . . there's another one that I can't recall right now - 32bit only.

If the Melodyne thing doesn't get resolved - not a big deal as I hardly ever use it . . .

No problem here with 32- bit but a bunch of AU's won't run in 64-bit
