Macro Knob Mode

When you change presets, it’s unlikely that the positions of the macro will match the values of the
preset’s parameters. When you turn a macro to make changes, how can you change the macros response? Is it possible to have a Pass-Through mode, in which turning the macro has no effect until it reaches its preset value and then takes effect?

Like a pick up mode for macros?
