falling skies is on a different level than lets say Serenity, it's much more introspective of the human race as a whole.

But it doesn't even come close to the likes of Battlestar Galactica in this regard (at least in its first three seasons).

Now that was a show that explored the nature of humanity and how it would all play out. So many new ideas brought to logical conclusion. (except for the shows final season)
And to Styles: I would have loved that show even if their laser cannons would have been flashlights and the explosions interns on the set that went: boom

But...they weren't flashlights and interns, were they? They were fairly decent GFX...which is why you secretly loved it in the first place plus you always pined to dip your wick in Cassiopeias' hooter pie. Admit it. Oh wait...you were referring to the inferior 2004-2009 series run......
