LFO mid and audio effect problem

Post by Joseph Thorne » Sun Aug 02, 2015 4:28 am

Hi.
I have recently installed 64 bit version alongside a 32 bit version and have had issues with the lfo midi and audio effect tool in the 64 bit version.
It doesn't show anything happening in the window neither can i map it to any parameter. I have no problems with it in the 32 bit version.

Its a similar thing happening with the mL-185 and mk16-185 sequencers - it doesn't seem to show the notes moving along and when i edit any paramater within the sequencer it lags for a while till it changes.
The sequencer isnt much of an issue as at least its functional and i can record the midi - but the lfo tool is a concern as it doesnt seem to work.

I have also tested about 4 other lfo tools and none of them can be mapped and dont work.
Just wondering if any of you guys have encountered this within the 64 bit version and whether there is a fix to this.

Thanks in advance.

Have you also installed the 64 bit version of Max?

Then: In each installation you must point Live to the appropriate Max version in the File/Folders preferences tab.

Thanks heaps chrk.
I had already installed the latest version of max AND had it pointed to the right folders - but for some reason i had to point the folder elsewhere then accept, then re-point it back to the original folder for it to work again.
Quite odd but its all back to normal again.

Cheers
