Live not retaining audio in/out preferences - OSX

I am using an aggregate device with Live (A&H Zed R16 + Echo Audiofire2) and whilst the device works fine, and Live 'remembers' this device between sessions, it does not retain the settings for the device's individual in/out channels. I have 20 channels in total, so it's a pain to activate them each time I lanch Live :(

Anyone had a similar experience? Any fixes known?
