To be brief, I found it necessary to run the 9.1 64 bit version to run a specific plugin. Then 9.2 came out, and I went back to the 32 bit version; so far so good I think... Ran 64 again and it went through the setup process... Uh oh... Back to 32 bit and.... Setup process...
Current state of 9.2 32 and 64: User Library and Current project are always empty. I even set User Library by hand and restarted the application. Some custom folders I added to the side bar also refuse to show the directory contents...
This even persists if I "Manage Files" and select manage User Library; it scans the files that are in there, but they still refuse to show up in the side bar.... Gah! What do I do???
