Side chain compression on certain freq

are there any plug ins that side chains certain freq's on both tracks? example, i want the freq 70hz to 120hz from my kick to lower the volume on another track (bass) 120hz to 190hz when thresh is triggered.

Before buying a 3rd party plugin you can:
- use Live's Multiband Dynamics
- isolate the frequency range you want to compress in a rack's chain and use Compressor on this chain only.
