Live 5 Vst problem

I just changed my plug in folder to my entire c:\ drive as opposed to a specific folder, live froze on me i had to restart but now when i restart while live is initializing when it gets up to the part when it searches for vst plugins it disappears and doesnt wanna start i tried deinstalling and the reinstalling and that didnt help.

i think if you delete your pref's file it will reset live and you can reset your VST folder...

I cant seem to locate the pref folder do you know where it is?

Yup, if you're on windows.. if your're on Mac then i dont have a clue

c:\documents and settings\your username\application data\ableton\Live5.0xx
