Clip color = scene color

Clip color = scene color function would help organise clips in session then when building the track in arrangement we have a visual reference of scenes from the session also function to copy scene name to all clips in the scene

This doesn't make sense to me.

If you'd said make the track color the same as the clip color, I might have gotten it (not sure I would have found it useful, but at least I would understand it).

Why would you want the scene to be the same color as one of the clips in that scene?

Maybe it's a live performance preference? When it comes to composing/arranging, this sort of color scheme seems counter-productive.

Please elaborate.

I will try & explain clearly,

when new clips are created they are random colors, if I want to make all the clips in a track or scene the same color I have to select the clips & right click & choose a color & rename them (which is time consuming)

what I want (other users have also requested this feature) is a function so when I right click the track header or scene header & choose a color all the clips in that column/row change to that color

so basically when the track or scene header is given a color & new name all the clips in that track or scene change automatically
