I have a MPD26 I am learning on with Ableton Lite. I have created audio tracks and put some clips on them and control the volume levels with some faders. They sync to the tempo just fine.
When I create a drum rack and add the same sample to one of the pads, it plays at the original tempo of the clip/sample. Is there a way to get these samples to sync up with the song's tempo so I can use them as fills etc and have them up to speed with the tempo? I only have so many knobs and faders and even less tracks I am allowed to use at once in Ableton Lite.
Thanks
Is there a way to sync drumpad samples to the tempo?

Assuming you can do flattening in Lite and not just Freeze, then make a track copy of the loop in question, freeze and flatten it when synced to the main tempo. Put it on your pads and use them. Delete the track copy.Aro2220 wrote:
