Upgrading Issues

Sorry if I'm posting in wrong section but I just upgraded to Ableton Live 9 Intro from Live Lite 8 and none of the files are letting me save or export them, can someone help me out? I keep authorizing but that doesn't do anything to solve my problem.

That's not what he's talking about. I am having the same issue. Bought the software, FINALLY found the registration key after literally days of searching through my emails and the website, and even after I entered it, the software is still telling me it needs authorization. I have contacted customer support to no avail. They sent me to the offline option, which is unrealistically complicated and should be unnecessary. I will say you do need to use Chrome or Firefox, and other than that, let me know if you've found a solution because so far customer support isn't helping.
