Anyone from Canada successfully sent their Push 1 Tradein?

I'm from Canada and enrolled in the Trade-in program for Push 2. I received Push 2 and it's beautiful. Now that I've packaged up my Push 1, I go to DHL's site to arrange a pickup for my box, using the provided ticket. The website tells me the waybill number is invalid.

DHL Phone support can't help me since the number is invalid.

Ableton seem to be using a 3rd party to manage the whole operation as the Push 1 isn't being sent to Ableton directly but some company in Texas. Ableton have told me to call back DHL with a specific account number which I did.

DHL informed me that the account was suspended or some other nastiness.

I'm worried that I'll get charged the full amount and will have both Pushes on my desk. Has anyone from Canada successfully traded in their Push 1?

I'm a little concerned at the moment because I paid for my upgrade on day 1 of the announcement and was sent a tracking number which never moved for over a week. When I contacted Ableton they said it was the wrong number and they would have to track down my order... That was 5 days ago now and still nothing.

Email DHL with the query so you have a record. Contact Ableton with your proof and I don't see any issues that could arise from that. If it does not work they should be able to (from their end) arrange with the courier to come and collect from your address I would think.

If this can help, my push hadn't moved for days but when DHL got their hands on it, it moved lightning fast from Austin TX to Montreal QC.

I think there are private couriers dispatching the stuff to DHL. What's the status on your shipment?

The status is still (after 2 weeks): Shipping label has been generated but item not yet collected.

I emailed Ableton last week and they confirmed I was sent the wrong shipping info and they would get back to me. I have since followed up but still not heard anything and I now have no way to track my package so I have no idea if it is on its way, lost, or even been sent.

I have ordered directly from Ableton in the past for Live 8, 9 and Push MK1 and had no issues and normally had goods lightning fast from Germany to Australia (within 1 week typically from shipment).

After a little back and forth with Ableton Support, I have to say they came through to help me splendidly. After some confusion, a courier (not DHL) came to pick up my Push 1 this morning. Making it's way back to Ableton HQ.

Ha, I was just thinking about this literally now when I saw a DHL van drive into my work compound.

I hope someone at Ableton is reading because I seem to be given the "cold shoulder". 2 weeks it's been since my Push was apparently "dispatched" and 1 week since I was told the tracking info they sent me was incorrect. Have tried to follow up and had no replies in the last week so almost seems like someone has just run off with my cash.

7 more days if I hear nothing and i'm raising a Paypal dispute. I'd be happy if I simply knew what the deal was. The original tracking info has not changed, still says nothing collected.

Never did get a reply from Ableton on the lost tracking info though. I assume they lost it completely and had no way of figuring it out or something... The original tracking info still says it has not left.

If someone could let me know roughly how much duty they had to pay for the Push 2, that would be awesome!
