Create open space

Hi all,

I am trying to create space in arrange ment view.

I attempted to hilight the whole arrangement and move it but when I click my curser over the hilighted arrangement it just removes the hilight back to square. 1.

I just want to create an open 8 bar space in the begonning of the song atm, but will likely want to create an open bar here and there in the song to thrill things up a bit.

Any suggestions would be hugely appreciated.

I just wasnt clicking in the right place..

lesson learned. I have to drag from the top of the arrangements.

Easier way - just select the first 8 bars (on any track) and press CMD-I (CTRL-I if your on windows) to insert silence.
