[SOLVED] trying to buy a Live pack getting error message

Hey guys...

When I add Gold Baby Thermionic Solid State Drums to my cart it gives me an error that says "The product you were about to add to your cart is not available for you"

Would anyone mind trying to add Gold Baby Thermionic Solid State Drums to their cart and letting me know if it allows you to add it?

Tried that and I'm getting the same error message. I have a friend that's getting the same message. I'll give Ableton tech support a call tomorrow.

Look at your account page, there's a dropdown at the top to choose your available license(s).

Last time I looked at a pack, I experienced the same as you and that dropdown was set to "Register a product", i.e. a new license, not one of my registered ones. Choosing the right license (Suite 9) and going back to the pack's page fixed that.

Thanks for the reply. I tried this last night and still no luck. I spoke with Ableton tech support and they have had other calls about this exact issue and as I type this they have fixed the problem. Thanks for the help everyone.
