Has anyone successfully used this device?
I would like to use it to take audio input from a live drummer (1 overhead mic, 1 kick mic into my interface), so that the midi in my sessions responds to his natural fluctuations. I've installed the plugin and am working on figuring it out, though I wanted to ask if anyone has had success with this and has any advice, or can walk me through setting it up optimally.
Thanks!

Re: James Holden's Group Humanizer
We tried it but human input gives us massive MIDI latency on top of our 4ms audio latency. It might be the machine, hard to say. We followed the material, but it was a little bit vague as far as human input goes. Normally with recorded MIDI parts it works really nice once you've set it up.JohnnyIndia wrote:Has anyone successfully used this device?

Thanks for the response. I am thinking the program is going to be more trouble than it's worth at this stage...looking into "Beatseeker" as well. Any experience with that one?

No, but I'm eager to try it out.JohnnyIndia wrote:Thanks for the response. I am thinking the program is going to be more trouble than it's worth at this stage...looking into "Beatseeker" as well. Any experience with that one?
