Disabling certain CC input?
I recently purchased a used 49slmkii, great keyboard and all that, but it's started sending a flurry of twitchy pitch bend and mod wheel modulation to whatever track I have active. I assume there's something wrong with the ribbon cables for the pitch bend joystick as it will sometimes stop after I move the joystick as far to the upper-right as it can go or lightly tap the side of the keyboard near the joystick pad. However, I'm neck-deep in a project right now and don't want to mess around with fixing or replacing any internal components until said project is completed. Is there any way I can tell Live to ignore all data incoming from the pitch bend and CC1 channels as a temporary fix?

Just map it to some control you aren't using, like 'pan' on an empty track.
Once you map a control manually, it will override default mappings.

Re: Disabling certain CC input?
I tried that, which sort of works - but it makes it basically impossible to undo or redo stuff from my own work because Live is now tracking a pan modulation every .25 seconds. Sometimes that will also force Live to forcibly select the track the modulations are coming from, though I'm not sure why that only happens sometimes and not others.

if you have m4l you can download a midi cc filter device.

Or use BOMES MIDI Translator to kill the messages before they get to Live...
