I've never done multi-track warping, but unless they're all synced up I don't think you can (or at least I'm not sure if it would be useful to you?).
Here's an example where Mr. Bill warps multi-tracked drums at the same time, so it can be done. https://youtu.be/8WRUIzfDxPw (incidentally, if you're just getting into using Ableton his videos may be a bit fast paced to follow right now, but he has some of the best advanced Ableton tutorials I've found on the net so keep his stuff bookmarked for future reference!) But if you're just chucking in various different songs from your music library I think it might be best to do that one by one. Perhaps someone with more experience can correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: Ableton Live Lite 9 help, session view scene launching,
Did they come from a loop back? Do they come with a bpm?? Are the clips short loops or are they long stem tracks??
It's hard to know the next step without a better idea of what is going on.
You might be able to warp them all quite easily if they are all a steady bpm.
Also, I would Not 'consolidate' (cmd or ctrl, + e) unless you knew that for Sure your clips were looping properly, and at the optimal tempo with the optimal settings.
the easiest way to learn how to warp is to close your current set. Open a new set. Drag in a few beat loops, and drag in a few of your favorite dance songs, and warp the dance songs to match the best loops. It's worth learning

Re: Ableton Live Lite 9 help, session view scene launching,
i will try this out tonight as well as watch the videos. Thanks to everyone for their input and to anyone else who may offer suggestions. it is greatly appreciated
Re: Ableton Live Lite 9 help, session view scene launching,
Thanks to all for your input i tried a new live set and used just one song by Bell Biv Devoe -Poison and was able to drag it in warp it, get the metronome to sync with the track and most of all when i sliced the clip up and put it into session view the clips played perfectly. next i duplicated the clip made some changes and tried the follow actions. The follow actions worked perfectly after warping the track. needless to say, i was up all night long just playing around with the one song and i had so much fun. ill warp some more tracks so that i can become good at it. but it looks like that was the issue as some of you have already stated. My goal is to use multi tracks that i purchase or record my self in pro tools or logic, dump them into ableton and mute out parts i dont need and use for live performances. I will check out Mr. Bill's vid today.
