I know this keeps coming up... but again, can we get OSC support along with MIDI... that way we can use cool interfaces such as www.jazzmutant.com Lemur :P

Yes, this would be awesome. Go for it and be one of the first, Ableton. Let the others follow!

i like the idea. not sure what i'd do with it yet (haven't saved enough for a lemur yet...) but it'd be nice to have. maybe i could do some fancy stuff with reaktor, live and OSC. would definitely open up some potential i think.
and can you imagine if faderfoxes came as OSC instead of midi! plug em straight into you LAN port and link em with short lan cables - AWESOME! no more midi interface...

Why have the future tomorrow, when you could have it now, all for the amazing price of 9.95!

A full OSC implementation wouldn't just let you sync two or more copies of live together but also let you send audio over lan between them.

I want it too, would be incredibly useful just to get tight synching.

I guess I didn't pay enough attention to the OSC spec... I never realized it also sent audio data. I'll need to look into this.

So. are there any controllers / interfaces out there yet?
Apart from that lemur thing.

Otherwise i wouldn't see the point of implementing this.
You can hardly expect people to buy a 2000$ thingy that'll be outdated by next month just to use this feature.

I would love some more control then 127 values in a CC though.
But i would rather want to see a solution for everybody, instead of just for the people who can afford a lemur or the likes....

Is OSC the only alternative to midi?
