There is no bug or software issue here, you just need to make sure your looping commands are set correctly (the numbers to either side of the yellow loop/cycle button on the top right part of the screen). When you change to 6/4 from 4/4 for example, it still thinks you want to loop at 1 bar of 4/4, until you update this area. If you don't, you'll get the results you are getting.

I just checked the 3/4 tune and turned off the yellow loop button for that one and it works too.
