Can't pre-hear samples

Hi, I can't pre-hear samples in my Ableton Live 9. The phone symbol is on but still can't hear it. Any help?

Check in the Master Channel of Session view: Is the Cue Out routed to different audio outputs? Is the preview volume turned down?

Ok, thank you, it was a noob question.
The Cue Out was routed to a different audio output.
