Is anyone else having problems with presets from Beatbox?

I posted this before but I just can't get the majority of the samples to load...

Five just won't "remember" where the sample is. eg it loads
them after you have shown it where the sample is and then when you go back it asks you to find where the sample is again....

I've tried reloading beatbox, moved all the samples into the library.. loaded the beatbox update..

Tried hitting save when i have the preset loaded in simpler, or impulse.

But nothing works.

I've emailed Ableton and they have said email tacklebox and nothing anyone has said has made it work

HELP?

Unfortunately, the save button in the device is disabled after
relocating a missing sample. You need to change something else
in addition (checkboc, slider, etc...) to enable the save button.

Cool got that one... if i hit any change then i can save.

Wow, what a time consuming process this has been!

Hope Version 6 is not going to be the same!!!
