Post by sonorous3 » Tue Jan 19, 2010 10:36 pm

I had a nice fade in going but now the redline for automation is black and in the little drop down list the track volume is greyed out...my return track automations are still active though...anyome know what the deal is?

Well.. could it be that you've touched the volume slider while playing, and now you need to simply press the "back to arrangement" button on the top bar. 8O

For absolute dummy's, like my self.

The 'back to arrangement' button is called the 'Re Enable Automation' button - Located at the top bar (which is visible in both Arrangement and Session Views). It is a left pointing arrow - the third button in from the right of the central 5 buttons, to the right of the transport controls at the top of your Ableton window.
