Ableton content missing

I seem to be missing all my slicing presets and I also I only have a few grooves and samples in my libraries. Please could someone help me. I have purchased Ableton Live 9 Standard but I think when it’s downloaded it may have not delivered all the content properly. How can I double check to make sure everything is there please?
