Can I change Ableton Font Size?

Hey

I am running my Mac into a 22" 1080p monitor and struggle to read fonts.

I know you can do a 'zoom' type function, but it makes everything bigger - and I just want my fonts bigger.

Can this be done? If not, why not?

I think fonts are fixed, hence the Zoom function. At what distance you're watching your Monitor?

You know that's a good post for the Wishlist forum if it hasn't been requested already. I like having control of my fonts as well as screen size. Kontakt offers this option.

if you look in /Live (version)/Resources there's a folder called "Fonts". inside that folder are a couple of .FNT files.
these softwares can read and edit those files: http://www.fileinfo.com/extension/fnt

not sure if they've got a check on filesize and whatnots though, if they haven't one would assume that you could change them.

if you go to options -preferences -zoom display you can set the default zoom higher than 100% making the text easier to read 125 or 150 should be perfect

Thing is, it's the writing in things like Operator and Spectrum that's hardest to read.

AMEN!!! I have always thought those fonts were absolutely horrible.

I can't get FontForge to open up any of the fonts :/ I get an error that they are corrupted or not an .fnt file or .fon file.
