I'm seeking some help with creating a bass sound. Using synths has always been something I've struggled with, and I sometimes find it a bit overwhelming in all honesty. To some of you guys who are clued up with synthesis I can imagine this sound is pretty easy to achieve, but with my limited knowledge I can't even get close.
Its the baseline from a track by Latmun called 'Dance & Bop'. Its a real subby growling bass, this kind of bass is pretty popular in house at the moment and is a sound I'd love to incorporate into my music. Can anybody help me in simplistic terms with how to create this bass in operator, or, even recommend a patch or preset somewhere else from another synth which can help get me there?? I use Native Instruments Massive and posted this on their forum last week but have had no response so far.
