Push 2 double triggering. Logic X + Live

Hello, I'm using loopback for Logic X and Live. Working great apart from with my Push 2.

When using a Logic Instrument in Live with Push, it will trigger both Logic X chromatically and Live in scales mode. This creates a horrible double trigger so I'm wondering if anyone knew how to eliminate Logic from triggering Push?

I've seen it may be possible within the Logic X MIDI environment settings but I'm not well aquatinted to Logic let alone these deep settings.

Any information would be really helpful!

i am a relative noon to live/push but well, it certainly sounds like you have a midi routing issue..

if i understand what you are trying to do ie play push 2 > play instrument in logic, record audio into Live

a simple way is to have two tracks, one midi, one audio

a midi track taking midi from push 2 and sending it to your midi loopback or however you are getting midi into logic

Then setting up an audio track to take the audio from logic

you can record your midi, then record your audio .. recording midi allows you to change the instrument or settings later.
