they have some more info and yes we all want one
i think that people who buy live 5 after november will get a free xone 3d
my only question is what am i going to do with 2 copies?
so the free mixer may be a rumor that i am starting but i am sure that we would all have 2 copies of live if it were true

That doesnt look like a rumor but definitely wish they would show how much this thing will cost. Then show some video demonstration of this thing in action with software. Hopefully this will appear at the upcoming Plasa Show an someone will bring there videocam of this demo an post it on the internet.
Vote for Pedro.
it looks gigantic.
Definitely not a mobile option for those of us that play in different venues all the time.
The controls look improved though. Its kinda hard to figure out the clip trigger options by looking at it... and how the scroll wheels would be used. Can't wait for more detail on it.
I bet it is at least $2500 USD.

yes, this is obviously a beatiful piece of gear that belongs sitting in a club in a semi permenant location
there is no way you're going to be able to lug this around and set it up on top of existing mixer/decks in a club, its just not practical.
so apparently they werent aiming at the existing base of end users that need to practice on thier gear at home and then be mobile with it, or they would have considered that obvious scenario ...

I first heard about the Xone 3D over at www.djdeals.com. They said it would be priced at $1999. That's still a little steep for me. I will have to see it in action first.
