How can i make a 1/3 Beat in Ableton ?

Hello

I need a 1/3 Beat for my track.
I mean between 1 and 2 there are 1 / 1.2 / 1.3 / 1.4 / 2 but the 1.2 / 1.3 / 1.4 they are normal in |||| <-- so many bars. And I need the 1.2 / 1.3 / 1.4 in ||| bars.
Please help me :c
I am unnable to find something in the internet how I can make a 1/3 Beat in Ableton.
If this help: I use Ableton 9 Live Intro

You mean triplets?

Press control + 3
