Midi Echo/Delay

Post by geraldos » Tue Mar 10, 2009 5:13 pm

Hello.
I just miss an Midi Echo/Delay in Live's Midi Plugin List.
like my old Yamaha RS7000 hardware Sequenzer had.
this was a brilliant tool and would incorporate very well with live's other Midi plugins.

yes! this seems like it would be so easy, i used to use one with cakewalk back in the day. but in general live is really lacking midi effects. a deeper quantize plugin would be great too..

I downloaded a Midi Echo VST but I can't insert it in front of the instrument in the strip so I'm assuming it has to be placed as the instrument on a separate channel strip? If so, how do I route MIDI data out of that channel strip (via an IAC bus or something) so I can pick it up on the channel strip with the instrument?

Thanks!
