If you mean how you best you can find the music style you want to make music in? I think that's both simple and complex.
- Listen to lots of different kinds music, also what you don't like, and decide what in it you like and whaT you don't like.
- Make many tracks that you take to completion, i e "finish" in some stage and make at least an arrangement.
- Create something every day, if so just a beat or a single musical phrase/line on any instrument.
Make some music!
