Slot Count Mismatch?

Recently I was working on a project in Live that had been crashing quite often. Eventually, when trying to open it again, I received a Live error message stating:

"The file [file name] is corrupt. [Error: Slot Count Mismatch]

Thankfully I have backups. But I've never even heard of the "slot count mismatch" error before, and I'd like to figure out how it can be avoided again, if possible. Any thoughts?

Never heard of that, I would contact [email protected] and see if they can help you narrow it down.
