Midi record length restricted

Hi, when I record a synth clip with Push over an already recorded drum loop my synth clip is restricted to the length of the drum clip. This does not happen when I record in Live without Push. How to be able to record a longer synth clip over several rounds of drums?

You had fixed length turned on, right?
