Send absolute Song Position from Session View

Hello!
Our Drummer has our Setlist with Backingtracks and Clicks Setup in Lives Session View.
Our Keyboarder has all his Program Changes Setup in the Timeline of Lives Arrangement View.
We would love to Sync those two Computers so that when our Drummer starts Song X, automatically on our Keyboarders Computer the Timeline jumps to the Postion where his Program Changes for Song X are supposed to start.

Does anybody know if this is possible?

place clips in arrangement view with notes are MIDI mapped on your friends computer in session view. route the MIDI-Track to your friends MIDI-Input.
You can even do this on one single computer, for instance on Mac i use IAC-driver-routing all the time to set a trigger in arrangement for session view.

I would like to do it the other way around:
1.) Launch Scene in Session View
2.) Have this Scene Trigger a Locator in Arrangement View on another Computer
I still haven't found a working solution for this.

That's pretty much the same situation though.

Have notes (or MIDI CC envelopes) in certain Session clips on your drummers computer.
Route the MIDI via IAC bus to your keyboardists computer.
Assign the MIDI messages/Notes to an Arrangement Locator.
