I NEED HELP ASAP!
I had this HUGE drum track, and accidentally loaded a VST onto the drum track instead of a separate track. Then, Live crashed and when I reopened it asked if I wanted to save my changes and I accidentally clicked yes. Now, all my drums are gone and replaces with the VST! IS THERE ANYWAY TO REVERT the set back to how it was before?? Thanks!

But, didn't you have the drum rack saved as a preset? Saving presets is really important if you do work.Armaan Azeem wrote:I NEED HELP ASAP!

It's possible to use something like Splice as a version system. I've been looking into others versioning systems as well, after having a few similar experiences to yours.
The simplest versioning system is to use renaming of sets, but this comes with its own risks, like for instance by mistake open an older version (simple to do via "recent sets") and do work on that only to discover later that you had something else with set that was actually the newest.
