setting up Waldorf Blofeld desktop in Ableton Live 9

I have connected a Waldorf Blofeld desktop to my Macbook Pro in Ableton Live 9.

I use a Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6 Interface. I also have an Arturia Keylab 88 to use as the keyboard controller.

I can't get any sounds out. I have set up external instruments in Ableton before, but this is driving me nuts.

Any ideas?

Are you seeing the MIDI light blink on the Blofeld when you press a key?

Waldorf have confirmed the unit is defective in the audio output. Once I get a refund and then buy a new one, I will be back in business.
