I have a folder in my external HD as one of my 'places' in Ableton (9.5, on a mac), and today it decided to stop registering any new samples i put in it, even though they're definitely in there. Any help on why that might be?

If you eject and plug the drive back in, does it fix it?

hi,
i possibly have the same behaviour. New added samples, which i edited in an external audiosoftware and saved to my Live user folder beneath places, with Live started, aren't listed there. Only after closing and restarting Live, the samples are listed. Sth. like a refresh/rescan Folder menu/button is missing perhaps. I opened a support ticket about this.
