NEED HELP! How 2Sync Voicelive Touch 2 BPM 2 Abletone Live?

Greetings Ableton Masters and Muses!

Please help!!

How do we Sync BPMs of Voicelive Touch 2 to match what I set as my BPM in Abletone Live?

I have scoured the internet, forums, videos, everything, and apparently theres no video or instruction for this exact setup - and thats why I bought them both!

I imagine theres a few of you that have this setup tho! How do you do it!??

I did:
- set the midi tempo to slave in VLT2
- made sure midi control is enabled
- plugged into my mac os 10X Sierra - Ableton can detect and record the audio signal, but nothing will happen Midi wise
- see the options in Ableton for <track> <sync> <remote> and have no idea what to choose but tried all possible combos and nothing worked
- stay up past midnight before a gig in two days and really want to know how to set it up!!!

Sync should be sufficient. Are you sure you activated that on the right MIDI device? How are you connecting MIDI? See this article: Using external hardware with Live.
