Strange Count-In behaviour

I have set 1Bar Cout-in (as default in Template). If I make locator in arrange as starting point of selected loop and then I press record, count-in is sometimes 1Bar, sometimes 2Beats, sometimes nothing...

I notice that Count-in depends of starting point of recording - If It starts from f.e. 9.1.1 (1st quarter) everything is ok and Count-in is 1Bar (4beats). If it starts from 9.3.1, count-in is only half of bar (2 Beats)...etc.

It is very strange system. I would like to prefer default Count-In value for all the situations.

Could you try if you get this too with the latest beta of the upcoming bug fix update Live 5.0.2:

We fixed there several problems with locators created at unquantized beat times.

I would like to try this beta but I have a lot of unfinished jobs and can not risk unstability or higher CPU consumption at the present.

thnx for answer, I will wait for upcoming bug fix update. It seems to be solution for all my problems:)
