One more question, hehe. I think I will buy the $249.00 Neutron, but I now see that they also sell a $349 Neutron Advanced. That's a lot of money right now, but I assume that the $249.00 Neutron is good enough?

Thanks :D
Yeah mate, I'd say the regular one is enough. The only difference is with Advanced you can use the compressor, EQ, etc, as separate plugins - i.e. you don't have to load the whole Neutron channel strip to use them. On, there's no mixing 7.1 surround with the regular one - which you're probably not going to do anyway.

You'll like it mate! I think there's a demo you can download just to check it out.

It is worth the money if you need it. However, it is actually a luxury plug. I could probably get similar results with Ableton's built in plugins and freeware plugins if I had too and I wasn't so lazy. Ozone sounds great and is a time saver. You can get a mix slamming for the car or Soundcloud fast. For me, a plugin that gets the job 80% there almost immediately and lets me spend my time on the last 20% to get it sounding the way I want is worth the money.
