Second Live 9 authorization + Push 2 on my father's laptop

Hi, I was about to use my old laptop as my second pc for Live 9 Suite and Push 2 but it sadly doesn't meet the minimum Live 9 + Push 2 system requirements anymore. Now my father's one is much more capable machine and he is willing to trade but it is registered to his name and I believe the OS it runs on (upgraded to Win 10 for free from 8.1) is even tied to his Miscrosoft account. Is it ok to just install and authorize under his name or if not what should I do? Will simply adding a new additional user account with my name be enough?

afaik you can install your licence on two machines anyway so i dont think there'll be an issue

Create a new account on laptop for you. You can't authorize Live under his name.
