NI KOMPLETE S61 KEYBOARD

Can anybody please help me out with setting up KOMPLETE keyboard. I watched some videos and still cannot get it to work as expected. I'm having issue with the Editor and mapping instruments into Live. I created a template with the splits and light colors but no matter what I do the keyboard is not taking the preset. I registered on NI forum but for some reason there is some issue and at the moment have no access to post. I just bought BEHRINGER UMC-404 controller. I can see the keyboard is sending notes to Live and when I drop any NI plugin into Live it works but can't get over with the editor. The Editor version is: 2.1 R183

OK, I did some testing and found that when I connect my keyboard to another PC it all works fine, but on my main production PC it still doesn't. I also tested cables and no luck. I can see keyboard connecting and the link is highlighted but no data is sent. Since I have all Apps interacting with midi closed I have no clue what could cause this.

To save anybody future posts and frustration. I finally found the problem. The editor must be run in ADMINISTRATOR mode otherwise it will not work. Simple but it took me so much time to figure out. Hopefully this will help others.

This does help to know. A lot of controllers out there seem to have this problem nowadays. There's a controller for Avid we were asked to set up here at work and we had all sorts of problems until we figured out it would only run properly under an administrator login. Which is crap, because in a professional environment you can't have individual users with administrative rights.
I wonder if NI could help avoid that problem though with some settings changes?

Just to let others know - NI support is just terrible and the way the software is designed is very very poor. I was very impressed when watching their commercial videos but the reality is very different (at least to use it with LIVE). It might work better with other products but the keyboard is not really suited for LIVE at all. The keyboard editor works with keyboard but the keyboard controls simply do not work well with Live. Until NI creates some sort of Live templates and posts more instructional videos on how to make it work with Live I would not even recommend this product to anybody.

Worth spending some time with, there is a lot the keyboard can do.
