WHY AM I SO PISSED OF ON ABLETON ?

1. Live-9 on 4K screens (Win10 in my case)is useless - mouse simply does not work!
2. FONTS UNREADABLE (super poor quality)
3. I HAVE LOST MY SETTINGS FOR MY NI INSTRUMENTS 3rd time today (within 2 months) due to poor folder structure design and database which crashes
4. When Live crashes for some reason IT TAKES 10 MIN TO CLOSE THE WHOLE PROCESS (or I have to reboot). This issue is know since Live4 and hasn't been fixed.
5. MIDI PROBLEMS when notes do not stop playing and require closing and reopening project in order to continue work.
6. Forum (although it is using the best software phpBB) has all it's important features disabled or hidden, fonts are super small hard to read

Ableton - isn't it enough to get people pissed off ?

SUPPORT IGNORES ALL THOSE ISSUES AND AFTER 6 MONTHS SINCE I REPORTED ALL THIS NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED OR IMPROVED.
When I purchased Live5 I loved this product and Customer Support. Now with more features added is simply sucks !


I"m expecting here an official response from Ableton and some clarification when those things finally get fixed ???
If you do not want to fix it then give me my money back and I will never post here again.

I'm sorry you're having issues with Live, but ranting on the forums about the same issues almost every day in caps is not going to help. The forums are not for official tech support requests from Ableton, but for user to user interaction and troubleshooting.

Please contact support if you have reproducible bugs to report, or if you have feature requests you'd like to make. I'd also suggest checking out the beta forums and the feature requests there, which will allow you to vote for features you personally would like to see in future versions:

Ableton does not comment on future releases, so if you're expecting that sort of response, I'm afraid you're not going to find it here.
