Ability to redirect Decoding Cache to a different harddrive

For some of us laptop users, we have small hard drives that have limited space. I'd rather have it on a D: partition of 30 gb rather than my C: hd with like 12.

This can be changed easily:
Options -> Preferences -> Defaults -> Audio Recording Temporary Folder.
