Fuzzy GUI/Asus zenbook pro i7 16gb ram 512 ssd/ 4k monitor/

I have tried disabling scaling by right clicking on the app icon and it does sharpen the gui but it makes the vsts and menus too small to read. Shouldn't this be higher priority than 101 Push updates? It's 2017 already!...am i missing something? Please help!What do i do?
