Loudness chart in timeline

Does anyone recommend a plug-in that visually shows a graph of a timeline showing Peak loudness and perceived loudness. I'd like to be able to put this on any particular track and also on the master. This would show how peek and perceived loudness changes over time for the particular track or the entire song, which in turn would allow more informed use of automation for volume. And could also be used to correct stray peaks and transients.

I have pro – L which shows loudness over time but it is instantaneous. i'd like to get a plug-in I can add during mixing, play the song through once and achieve this chart.

Hopefully free? But I'll buy it also.
