Went to order the upgrade to live 5 today and the boxed version wasn't available as an option...oh well. Is it possible to buy the manual seperately?

I ordered the CD "sem" by David Daniell on the Antiopic label.
Know what - it came with four (4) stickers!

That is awful. This is the prettiest box I have ever had. Well worth the extra money. I'm not sure why I like it though- I just feel like I'm supposed to say that... for some... strange... reason...

Just wanted to say a huge "Thank You" to the lovely folks at Ableton for sending me my Live 5 stickers in the mail. Two sets even. All wrapped in a nice Ableton envelope all the way from Germany. How sweet! Thank you so much! Those stickers are going everywhere!

I bought the boxed version of Live 5 for two reasons. 1. For the manual 2. For the stickers. now... did everybody get the same stickers that I got???
IMHO they are JUNK. I cant imagine how bad the first batch was.

Yes!!! The manual, stickers, backup copies of all my software are upmost importance if my computer ever craps out on me. I still have all the stickers from both live 4 and 5, there not crap they just dont have found a spot for me to use.

I'm really happy today 'cos when I open my real mail box, I've checked a really pretty enveloppe from Ableton's Headquarters... Two sheets of stickers ! I would like to thank (and kiss) Sylvia from the Orders. I've only wait for 6 days.

Even though I live in L.A., I just got stickers after I emailed it took just less than a week.(from Berlin)

Actually, live has some problems (5.02) I expect they would fix the bug as long as they can do.

I'm 99% sure that no one on the island would know what Ableton or Live was... so no making friends for me. there are 3 other "Apple" stickers down here though...

This reminds me of the old days (they were not always good!) back in the early 90's when I had promo stickers from different record labels on my record flight case. Since it looked like some kind of test equipment case covered in stickers airport security always shook me down when I traveled. I even had to remove a "radio-active" promo sticker from the case when I got pulled in for questioning.

My Pelican 1600 case, used for my 17" laptop ang G-Tech FW800 drive, had a "Live" sticker on it at one time. Airport security actually asked me if I had "live" animals in it...

Airports+Stickers on cases=Trouble (or at least a temporary delay, and somehow you always walk away feeling like you did something wrong!)
