Novation Launchpad S not working but recognized...

Hi all. I used to use this controller on Mac and I never had a problem. My macbook screen is not working at the moment, so I sent it to be fixed and I got wait a long time until they find a solution, if they find one. So, I tried using my Launchpad S with my Windows 10 Dell notebook, and as soon I as installed drivers and connected it, I could see its lights blinking, I thought it was fine. After a bit, it stopped working. I uninstalled everything, rebooted several times, installed again... The Launchpad gets recognized by the system, but it does not work.

Can anyone please help me? I would really appreciate any idea on how to troubleshoot this properly so I can try something else to make it work. Thanks in advance! Cheers!

So a couple questions just to clarify...
1) Did you check your usb cable and make sure it's working properly? (sounds silly but could be the issue)
2) Is the launchpad showing up any where in your computer? Double check the audio midi setup.

Hi! Thanks for taking your time to answer me.
1 - So, I've tried differet USB cables. The one I'm using now is the one I used with my soundcard. With the soundcard it works fine. I assume the cable is not faulty.

I was wondering, should I Install "Keil" and "Texas" drivers as recommended here ???

I spent the whole day trying to fix it. Guess I've got a bit obsessed. Anyway, I uninstalled everything related to Launchpad. Rebooted PC, installed driver 2.7 and through Midi-OX I could update firmware to "Launchpad S-1.0.24". In Midi-Ox it shows activity, all buttons are working. When touched, pad lights are also ok. So I assume it is not an energy issue? I checked USB energy management before, disabled bluetooth and configured it the best I could to make it work. Cable is also fine, tested with other piece of hardware that demands more energy and it was also fine. I am running out of ideas... Launchpad is my fav piece of gear.
