Yes, I have run High Sierra with the latest version of Live and it worked just fine for me Other than a small issue with the firmware of my DAC (being fixed as we speak), everything worked exactly the same for me as under Sierra. But I tend to keep a pretty lean set up that only uses software from developers who release frequent updates, so I usually don't have any issues updating OS's on the day they are released.Pasha wrote: Tarekith, did you upgrade or under testing?

Is that 9.7.4 or 9.7.5b1 or both?Tarekith wrote:Yes, I have run High Sierra with the latest version of Live and it worked just fine for me

Both.
And just to clarify, I'm only passing on my experiences with High Sierra so far. People should feel comfortable that all their software is supported before they take that leap.

Good work Stromkraft. I was just looking at this, & thinking that I should post that link here!
Re: macOS High Sierra compatibility (release)
I have run High Sierra on an external disk to test, with Live's latest beta version and I still have the M4L issue : it won't open. I get this message saying I need a 64 bit version, which I already have. Don't update if you're using any M4L instruments or effets !!!Tarekith wrote:Yes, I have run High Sierra with the latest version of Live and it worked just fine for me Other than a small issue with the firmware of my DAC (being fixed as we speak), everything worked exactly the same for me as under Sierra. They're devices, not plug-ins. What does Cycling74 say about this issue to you directly?verstaerker wrote:all my M4L plugins don't work anymore
I'd contemplate going back to macOS 10.12 Sierra in your situation. To me that version have been great, though as I'm waiting for machine repair I'm actually on 10.11 right now.

Re: macOS High Sierra compatibility (release)
I’m having an issue since upgrading, every time I open Live it asks me to re-authorise my software, after a few times I’m having to message Ableton for more authorisations??? Any help???
Re: macOS High Sierra compatibility (release)
So this seems to have been solved:
"We've released an update to the Max 7.3.4 Mac installers.
The only fix in this build is for Mac OS 10.13 High Sierra users of Max For Live. It fixes a problem related to copying over the required Max frameworks to the Live app bundle, which would prevent Max For Live devices to load in Live 9.
Again, this is only a Mac update, and we have not incremented the version. There is no need to update if you are on other Mac OSes, though this build is compatible with all supported Mac OSes.
You can download the new installer here:
https://cycling74.com/downloads/
Thanks for your patience as we tracked down a fix for this issue.

NI products are not yet supported:
"macOS High Sierra Compatibility News
For the time being, Native Instruments software and hardware products are not supported under macOS High Sierra. Please do not install macOS High Sierra if you are using Native Instruments products.
We are currently conducting systematic tests to offer full compatibility as soon as possible. Please check this page or your Native Instruments product's Specifications page regularly to obtain information on the current operating system requirements.
