How to make a HP/LP/null pot?

Sorry if this has come up before - I wasn't sure how to phrase my search.

I"m trying to create a midi controller routing that has these conditions for a channel with both a lowpass and highpass Auto filter:

1) when the pot is all the way left (midi 0) a lowpass filter and highpass filter are at their lowest setting (the HP is functionally not doing anything)
2) when the pot is all the way right (midi 127) the highpass and highpass filter are at their highest setting (the LP is functionally not doing anything)

all that is easy. The third is more tricky:

3) when the pot is at the midway point (midi 64) the LP and HP are still at their highest and lowest setting respectively (i.e. neither filter is doing anything).

The objective is to have a pot where you turn left to LP and right to HP, but the middle point is unfiltered, like on many dj mixers.

Is there a way to scale the midi input from my controller - in this case a nanoKontrol 2 - from within Ableton to produce this effect?

I tried forever with racks and MIDI controllers to do this but could never figure it out.

Eventually I found these: There is a free VST called DJM filter that sounds quite nice but it can be buggy. A simple search should find it.
